Marks Entry Sheet Generator

Make a clean, printable sheet for entering exam marks — one row per roll number, with space for the student name, marks, grade and remarks.

What Is a Marks Entry Sheet Generator?

A marks entry sheet is the blank table teachers use to write down exam marks roll number by roll number. This generator creates one for you: pick the class, subject, exam and roll number range, and it prints a table with columns for the student name, marks obtained, total marks, grade and remarks — ready to fill in by hand.

How to Use It — Step by Step

  1. Choose the class and enter the subject and exam name.
  2. Enter the total marks for the exam and the roll number range (for example 1 to 40).
  3. Press Generate Marks Entry Sheet.
  4. Press Print Entry Sheet to print it or save it as a PDF, then fill in the marks by hand.

Worked Example

For Class 5, Mathematics, Unit Test 1, total marks 100, roll numbers 1 to 40, the sheet has 40 rows — one per roll number — with the total marks column already filled in as 100 and blank columns for the student name, marks obtained, grade and remarks.
