How to Use It — Step by Step
- Choose whether the card is for a Student, Teacher or Staff member.
- Enter the full name, roll number or employee ID and a 10-digit emergency contact number.
- For students, choose the class. Date of birth, blood group and valid-up-to session are optional.
- Pick a template colour and, if you like, choose a photo from your device — it stays in your browser and is never uploaded.
- Press Make My ID Card, check the details, then press Print ID Card.
Worked Example

Is my photo uploaded to the website?
No. The photo you choose is read only in your own browser to show it on the card preview. It is never uploaded, sent or stored on the server.
What if I do not add a photo?
The card shows the person’s initials in the photo box instead, so the card still looks complete and prints neatly.

Can I print the ID card?
